About the team
CEO: Dario Calle
Dario, born in 1988 in New York City, was raised in a church environment where his father served as a pastor. Early on, at the age of 14, Dario began working odd jobs. After high school, the family moved to Florida for retirement, marking the beginning of Dario's adult life. His career in the electrical industry started immediately after high school, and he progressively moved through various roles, including electrician, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, and Estimating Director. This diverse experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the trade, processes, and customer needs. In 2022, Dario became a partner and Chief Operating Officer at Creative Lighting & Power LLC, where he oversees daily operations, focusing on Electrical Construction Cost Budgeting. Dario attributes his success to mentorship from industry leaders and is passionate about mentoring young talent.
Aside from his career, Dario is a real estate investor who secured his first deal in his early twenties. Currently, he owns a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio in central Florida. In 2020, Dario married Jennifer, and the couple welcomed their first child in 2021, adding a personal dimension to his accomplished professional and entrepreneurial journey.
COO and Host: Jorge Calle
Jorge Calle, the oldest of three boys, grew up in Manhattan, New York. His father, Isaac Calle, a well-known evangelist, shared the stage with Jorge all throughout USA and Latin America. Jorge started improving his public speaking skills when he was 8 years old.
Jorge went to Seward Park High School in New York. Driven by a desire for independence, he began working in sales at Brewster Honda Dealership in New York. At just 18, he consistently achieved the top sales position. His sales career took him back to Tampa, where he met and married his wife, Adriana Calle, in March 2010. They have two children, Olivia and Luca Mateo.
After completing a Medical Certificate from Concorde Medical Institute, Jorge worked at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center for nearly ten years. He continuously received medical training and credentials, becoming a Certified IRB professional.
In 2013, Jorge started his own car business and later entered the food industry with Casa Calle in 2015. At the same time, Jorge worked as a Project Manager for Physicians Partners, handling finances and programs for multiple offices. Today, Jorge is focused on the construction industry. He founded Honest Painting Company in 2016 and expanded into Commercial Electrical after completing an electrical degree from Penn Foster College.
CMO: Daniel Guzman
Daniel Guzmán was born in Bogotá, Colombia, in 1997. Since the age of 12, he has been actively involved in a local church in his hometown, mainly in artistic areas such as media and music. In 2017, he began studying Industrial Engineering at the National University of Colombia while also starting his first business, applying different marketing strategies to his ventures and ministry.
After obtaining his Engineering degree in 2022, he decided to travel to Tampa, Florida, where he met Jorge. From there, he began working with Honest Painting Company as a marketing manager. Today, he serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Hispod and makes numerous contributions to Dario and Jorge's various businesses, promoting exponential growth in their ventures.
Daniel married his wife Camila in April 2024, with whom he not only serves as youth pastors at the church where Daniel has served for 15 years but also recently started an accounting firm for Colombian and American companies. The firm has shown promising results, forecasting significant exponential growth.
